Change one sentence
The policy gains a condition excluding unsubscribed leads. These comparisons concern the captured records, not all possible future data.
The edit
Original document
“leads” is the plural of “lead”.
Every lead has an owner.
If a lead is active and it is not recent and it is not stopped, it is mailable.
These are all the reasons a lead is blocked: it is stopped; it is recent.
For example, Mira is a lead.

Comparison on these records
Answer and basis excerpt · Execution notes omitted
answer: The programs differ on current records at 1 protected observations.
standing: established
basis excerpt: changed: 2 answers (2 lost, 0 gained, 0 moved standing); unchanged: 57 of the 59 answers the edit's cones hold
receipt: sha256:de89e702…
The answer line counts protected observations; the basis excerpt counts changed answers in the edit's cones.
Dana loses her mailable judgement and her membership in the mailable list. The basis excerpt reports two changed answers and 57 unchanged among the 59 in the edit's cones. Outputs outside those cones are not counted. Negative verdicts beyond the admitted questions, crossings outside the cones and resolution counts are outside this comparison's scope. The covers are part of this basis. This result does not claim equivalence on other inputs or adopt the edited policy.
Ten thousand leads
The larger dataset is deterministic. Lead numbers run from 1 through 10,000. Every lead is active unless its number is divisible by 13, recent if divisible by 7, unsubscribed if divisible by 17, and stopped if divisible by 11.

answer: The programs differ on current records at 1 protected observations.
standing: established
basis excerpt: changed: 846 answers (846 lost, 0 gained, 0 moved standing); unchanged: 94423 of the 95269 answers the edit's cones hold
receipt: sha256:1bd95e8f…
The 846 lost answers represent 423 leads, each losing its judgement and its list membership. This count concerns this generated dataset and the two captured policies, within the edit's cones and the same comparison limits. It makes no claim about a different dataset.
Scope
The comparison has its own certificate and receipt scope. It does not turn the displayed lists into sealed answer trails. Receipts describes these distinctions.
